Paloma Young
is an MFA candidate at UCSD, focusing on
costume and sound design. Her UCSD credits include As
You Like It, A Dream Play and The Weight of Paper
(Baldwin New Play Festival), as well as the sound
design for Citizens of Rome (BNPF). Other projects
include Quick Then End:Beckett Shorts, The Dante
Project, Hello Again and A Perfect Ganesh at UC
Berkeley and Melissa James Gibson's Current Nobody at
La Jolla Playhouse. She has costumed several short
films and collaborated on many inter-disciplinary
improvisation pieces, including Moriah Evans's recent
site specific dance pieces in Tijuana pharmacies.
Paloma holds a BA in History (and Memory) from UC
